Canberra can seem like an inhospitable place in winter. It's cold, wet and bleak. Occasionally, when it's not being wet and bleak, mother nature can lull the unwary outside with clear blue skies and sunshine, only to punish them with a penetrating wind-chill. This was one of those days. Nevertheless I wasn't going to let the conditions stop me from doing what I love doing when I get a free Sunday afternoon; picking up the latest issue of Wired, having lunch at a local cafe & sitting outside in the sun reading.
