I was in San Francisco for one day, which happened to be September 11, 2002. My friend and I avoided any remembrances or official anythings, and instead ended up in what my be my favorite of the millions of resale shops I've visited. Gypsy Honeymoon is chockablock with weird architectural discards, religious artwork, and lots of wax heads under glass domes. I could live there.
