the self-portrait in amtrak was taken when i was riding train from nyc toprovidence rhode island to visit friends. travelling with mythen-exboyfriend. we had broken up but were spending the next month or 2together due to our inability to afford to break up (rent!) at the time. itkind of sucked, the whole weekend. he disappointed me. it was alsohalloween. but the train ride was relaxing.
