I was not sure if the sign at the Gerald Richter retrospective at MOMA in NYC said "no photography" or "photography allowed;" anyway, it is a show that is simply wonderful. A MUST SEE. As the reviewer in the Times said, "I think this is one of the finest, most beautiful and strangely moving exhibitions of the work of a living painter in years."
