Our stark, Mies von der Rohe designed office building stands next to the ornate Fidelity Bank building in downtown Baltimore. This spring, I noticed that the Fidelity's reflection fills our building's windows in the morning. The contrast of old and new is striking and pleasing. That's me in the lower right taking the picture. I'm not as ornate as the Fidelity but I think we both enhance the glass curtain-walls. Sorry Mies.
