One of the more tragic things to happen at Wrigley Field this season (aside from the Cubs' sorry 6-14 home record) has been the closure of Yum-Yum's donut shop. The building's windows have been painted over and the structure is now being used as a $2 bag check. Eventually it will be razed, and the space will be used for parking and retail.In the past, I commonly stopped by Yum-Yum's before the game for a good-luck donut. I've been to five games this season, and the Cubs have lost every one. Coincidence?The Yum-Yum's Curse is on!
