adventures in reflective surfaces
I had just had brunch with my parents and we were walking back to their car. We'd eaten at Jeanty at Jack's down in the financial district, an area I'm not terribly familiar with. It was oddly deserted, as it tends to be on the weekends. I had noticed this reflective object outside a building on our way to brunch and was prepared with my camera on the way back. I took the picture so quickly that I don't think my parents realized I'd taken it. I knew they'd laugh at me, tired as they are of my constantly snapping camera. Somehow I managed to get them in the picture too, which makes me all the more pleased with it.
