I'm older than my father was when I was born, yet I remain the eternal late bloomer. So I found a sale and bought my first ever set of real silverware. Well -- stainless steelware. For $100 I got this $300 set of kick-ass (ahem) "flatware." I took this picture just after I unpacked it and put it in the "forks 'n stuff" basket.
